Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Aboy AI account and all data associated with it. You do not need to be signed in to submit a request.

How to request deletion

Email daniel11dst@gmail.com from the email address on your Aboy AI account, with the subject line "Delete my Aboy AI account". We use the email address to verify the request belongs to you. No other information is required.

What gets deleted

Once your request is verified, we permanently delete:

• Your account and profile (name, email, role, institution, course, year, country)
• Your chat history (all questions and AI responses)
• Any images, documents and voice transcripts tied to your account
• Your learning progress (topics, quiz scores, strengths and weak areas)
• Your feedback and ratings linked to your account

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law, for fraud prevention, or in anonymised/aggregated form that can no longer identify you. This data is never used to re-create your account.

How long it takes

We action verified deletion requests promptly and complete them within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
